This ladies Chopard Alpine Eagle watch is inspired by the beauty of the Alps and the soaring, graceful eagle. The timepiece measures a comfortable 36mm diameter on the lady’s wrist and is based on the design of the original 1980 St Moritz watch developed by Karl-Friedrich. Its stunning mother of dial, achieved via a galvanised treatment has been adorned with rhodium coated stick markers and Roman numerals, as well as luminous-coated hands. This ladies Chopard Alpine Eagle watch has been exclusively crafted from Lucent Steel A223. Chopard chooses this robust and resilient material for its anti-corrosive and light-reflecting properties which donate a sleek look to the wrist whilst keeping in line with the sporty-chic aesthetic of the range. Chopard draws upon the importance of environmental issues with the design of the Alpine Eagle watch. The expertly engineered watch is a collectable that runs on the power driven by the in-house chronometer-certified Chopard 09.01-C movement. This self-winding calibre performs through a glass caseback feature at 25,200 vibrations per hour and provides a 42-hour power reserve. The colour of the galvanised dial contrasts superbly against the diamond set bezel. Other accents can be admired in the crown of the watch and the middle links polish finish bracelet secured with a folding clasp.
