Limited to just five individual pieces from our exclusive OPEIA jewellery collection here at Berry’s Jewellers, this OPEIA diamond circle sautoir necklet is the show stopping piece from the series. It boasts a selection of GIA-certified diamonds to elevate the design further. The OPEIA necklet is crafted from polished 18ct white gold and represents 125 years of authentic jewellery designs here at Berry’s. To mark the five generations that have led to such success, the design incorporates a repeated five-pointed family-inspired celestial design, brought to life by circular motifs that incorporate round brilliant-cut diamonds arranged in a graduated effect. The centrepiece of the design Features a large circle – the infinite shape that puts soul focus on the concept of “Family”. Here, five GIA-certified diamonds amounting to a weight of 3.53ct (with a colour grading of D and a clarity grading of VS1) take the lead for each section of graduating diamonds that form the circle. Four stones depleting in size trail behind each larger diamond, forming the circular comet-inspired shape. Each GIA diamond has been graded by an expert at the Gemmological Institute of America for its colour, cut, clarity and carat weight. Hanging from the base of this circle motif is a 15mm two-piece tassel design, set with a delicate round brilliant-cut diamond nestled inside a smooth polished rub over setting. This section is followed by a larger GIA certified round brilliant-cut diamond at the base of each tassel drop. The matching 18ct white gold chain Features six more circle motifs characterised by sections of 5 graduating round brilliant-cut diamonds. These remaining 192 diamonds weighing 4.88ct complete the rest of the 26inch design.
