The well-proportioned dial Features the instantly recognisable IWC Schaffhausen lettering at 12 o’clock, balanced by a small second sub-dial located at 6 o’clock. The men’s IWC Portugieser Automatic watch is powered by the Calibre 82200, which provides a useful 60-hour power reserve. The maliciously designed engine comprises a total of 189 components, 31 jewels and Cotes de Geneve decoration – all of which can be admired through a sapphire-backed case. The movement Features the Pallaton winding spring, with virtually wear-resistant components.
